Contract manufacturing overview
At GE Healthcare Life Sciences we provide all aspects of the manufacturing process, from raw material sourcing through synthesis, formulation, quality control, dispensing to final packaging and shipping.
Materials are handled in a range of formats - solids, liquids, freeze dried solids and slurries. Reagent dispensing can be in amounts measured in a few microlitres or micrograms but at tight tolerances down to 0.01%.
Many of the materials handled are temperature sensitive and so storage, handling and transport as low as minus 140°C is routinely performed. Products that are humidity sensitive can also be incorporated into our operation with ease.
All work is carried out to the internationally recognized ISO 9002 standard. |
