Printing the Volume Report

You can print the volume report from either the Volume Report or Spot Finder inspectors. What will be printed depends on your choices in the Volume Report Setup window.

      1. Make sure you have selected the correct reporting choices in the Volume Report Setup window, found under Preferences in the File menu.
      2. Open either the Volume Report or Spot Finder inspector, depending on the type of volume quantitation you performed. Neither can be opened unless objects to quantitate have been selected. Then both inspectors can be found under the Analysis menu.

      3. Ensure the Print check box is selected.

      4. Select the objects to be included in the report.

      5. Click on Report (in the Volume Report inspector), or Compute (in the Spot Finder inspector). The results are calculated and sent to the printer.
