ÄKTApurifier core systems allow protein purification of microgram, milligram, and gram scales of protein, peptide, or oligonucleotide by FPLC. ÄKTApurifier 10 and 100 core systems allow multiple UV-wavelength detection, giving greater flexibility when monitoring of proteins at a single wavelength is insufficient.
ÄKTApurifier UPC 10 and 100 core systems allow monitoring of UV-wavelength, pH, and conductivity simultaneously. Functionality can be extended to allow automated buffer selection, sample application, and media screening, which removes labor-intensive steps and saves time. |
