New MabSelect media – purify antibodies more effectively
MabSelect Xtra™ (eXtra capacity) is a new recombinant protein A-based medium that captures antibodies from high-expression feedstock, with improved efficiency and economy. Its rigid, high-flow agarose matrix is engineered to give a dynamic binding capacity significantly higher than other available recombinant protein A-based media.

MabSelect SuRe™ (Superior Resistance) features an alkali-stabilized protein A-derived ligand. This ligand withstands the alkaline conditions used in cleaning-in-place protocols better than conventional protein A-based media. MabSelect SuRe can be cleaned-in-place with 0.1–0.5 M NaOH, which improves product quality and extends medium lifetime.
