Tricorn Coarse Filter Kit reduces column clogging and improves the performance of Tricorn columns
| Tricorn™ Coarse Filter Kit is a new accessory designed to improve the performance of Tricorn columns in laboratory-scale applications. The filter included in the kit is made of robust, high-density polyethylene with an average pore size of 54 µm, which reduces clogging in the purification of large sample volumes and repeated loading of clarified feed. The filter kit is particularly suited to purification using Tricorn columns packed with capture media such as Sepharose™ Fast Flow. |
