IMAC Sepharose™ media provide flexibility in testing, and optimizing purification of histidine-tagged recombinant proteins, native, and untagged recombinant proteins with affinity for metal ions. The media can be charged with the most appropriate metal ion of your choice (e.g. Cu2+, Zn2+, Co2+, or Ni2+). The ions then interact with exposed amino acids such as histidine, cysteine, and tryptophan on protein surfaces.
- IMAC Sepharose High Performance—34 µm beads allow high performance purifications. With high resolution you see distinct peaks that result in concentrated target protein.
- IMAC Sepharose 6 Fast Flow—90 µm beads allow high flow properties making it an excellent choice for scale up.
