Superdex™ 200 5/150 GL column is a Tricorn™ column with a prepacked bed height of 150 mm. The column is an excellent choice when time, sample, and buffer consumption is more important than achieving the highest possible resolution. Superdex 200 5/150 GL can be used for a wide range of applications such as screening of conditions for membrane purification, study of protein-protein interactions, and rapid purity check of MAbs and recombinant proteins using less buffer and sample than with longer columns. The high-performance column provides excellent reproducibility in purification and can be operated with a range of chromatography systems.
