Gel filtration selection guide - Superdex

Superdex™ is a range of gel filtration media with a unique composite matrix of dextran and agarose. This matrices combines the excellent gel filtration properties of cross-linked dextran (Sephadex) with the physical and chemical stability of highly cross-linked agarose, to produce separation media with outstanding selectivity and high resolution. In addition, their low non-specific interaction permits high recovery of biological material. Together these properties make Superdex the first choice gel filtration media for all applications from laboratory to process scale.
