UNICORN software training now–available online
Since 1999, we have offered UNICORN™ software training as part of our Fast Trak™ course curriculum. Now, you can get certified UNICORN software training via the web, and maximize the capabilities of your ÄKTAexplorer™ and ÄKTApurifier™ protein purification system.
The training consists of watch, listen, read and answer exercises, together with interactive sessions using real-life examples. After completion of a final assessment, you will have the opportunity to print out a Certificate of Completion.
Without leaving your desk, learn how to:
- Control the path of your sample, including a solid understanding of the flow scheme
- Adjust the chromatogram layout and generate customized reports
- Import and export your methods or results to and from UNICORN
- Master the method wizard which guides you as you create a customized program
- Build your own program from scratch to operate in milliliters, column volumes, or time
Who should attend?
Process operators, process supervisors, laboratory scientists, and project managers who need a basic understanding of system control using UNICORN.
Online training—ease and flexibility
Complete the course at your own pace. The course is modular, accessible for two months, and no ÄKTA™ system or UNICORN software is required. You can immediately apply what you are learning to your daily work, for example, while waiting for an experiment to complete, you can easily finish one or more of the training modules.
