Introduction

Since its introduction to market Ettan™ DIGE system has developed as the new benchmark for protein abundance analysis. Many of the world’s leading pharmaceutical and academic centers-of-excellence have switched to Ettan™ DIGE system because of the unrivaled accuracy it provides.

Who should attend?

The Ettan™ DIGE Analysis course is mainly designed for DIGE users with experience in running and analyzing DIGE gels with DeCyder™ 2-D software. The course contains theoretical parts as well as hands-on analysis, preferably with your own 2-D DIGE images.

Learning Objectives

During the course on DeCyder™ 2-D and EDA (Extended Data Analysis) you will learn to proof image quality as well as how to use difference in-gel analysis (DIA) and biological variation analysis (BVA) at its best. You will also learn why experimental design is a crucial part of image analysis. A round table discussion at the end of the course should answer remaining questions and help you to do troubleshooting on your own experiments.
