Training
An initial training course is offerred to you upon installation and delivery. This intensive 2-day course focuses on the operation of all the instrument modalities. More intensive courses are available on request.

What happens on installation?
After your order is placed will we notify you of the delivery so that you can make the following arrangements:

1.You will receive a checklist that describes the instrument dimensions, weight, services required and positioning guidelines.
2.A Service engineer will arrange a pre-installation visit to inspect where the instrument will be placed and discuss the checklist.
3.The engineer will take 2-3 days to install the LEADseeker Imaging System

Type of Warranties:
LEADseeker is supplied with a 12-month standard warranty to cover manufacturing defects only, with a 5 working day response time.

Warranty plus:
Three year agreement
All spare parts
All labor and travel charges
Two working day response time
One preventative maintenance visit per year
Visit records according to GLP/GMP

One year agreement:
All spare parts
All labor and travel charges
Two working day response time
One preventative maintenance visit per year
Visit records according to GLP/GMP
