The LEADseeker™ Multimodality Imaging System CCD imager can measure SPA Imaging assays, Cy Dye fluors, HitHunter™ chemiluminescent and fluorescent end point Enzyme Fragment Complementation Assays as well as a wide range of fluorescent and luminescent tags in 96, 384 and 1536 well microplates. Appropriate filter sets are available for all these end points.

SPA Scintillation Beads can be counted on a range of scintillation counters. For counters fitted with spectrum analysis packages, the suitable window opening can be determined and the instrument set accordingly.

For further information regarding programming and calibration of counters, please contact your instrument manufacturer.
