Certificate of Quality
Certificates of Quality are certificates detailing Release Criteria and Regulatory Compliance of hollow fiber cartridge filters and flat sheet cassette filters. These are available electronically and can be found by searching by Lot Number.

Certificates of Quality issued before August 1, 2007 are available only as paper copies and are provided through GE Healthcare sales office.
 
Certificate of Conformance
Certificates of Conformance for materials are available electronically for spare parts and accessories for process chromatography hardware. They can be found by searching by code number.

A Certificate of Conformance describes the material of construction for components in contact with process stream. Information on USP class VI is given for polymeric materials when applicable. Certificates of Conformance are issued for the most requested products.
