Normal Flow Capsule Filters - Preconditioned. Prepared. Preferred.

ReadyToProcess ULTA Caps, designed for laboratory through process scale applications, are provided sterile and enable safer and faster drug development by eliminating device preparation. The filters are manufactured in a certified ISO 13485 Medical Device facility assuring low endotoxin, and lower total organic carbon (TOC) and conductivity levels. After the filters are double-bag packaged, they are exposed to gamma radiation allowing for quick start of process steps.

The low protein binding PES membrane is designed for effective and economical processing and the fully validated and integrity testable membrane is an assurance of sterility. The HC Series dual layer construction is designed for effective processing of difficult to filter streams.

Normal Flow RTP ULTA™ Capsules are:

• Available in Sterilizing Grade and High Capacity versions
• Manufactured in a facility certified to ISO9001:2000, ISO14001:2004, ISO 13485:2003
• Processed for minimized endotoxin levels (0.125 Eu/mL)
• Exposed to gamma irradiation
• Fully validated and integrity tested membrane for assurance of sterility
