22nd Annual Symposium of The Protein Society
 The year's theme is Proteins: Machines of Life. Sessions will address molecular mechanisms of protein folding, design, and dynamics from simple globular proteins to molecular machines, focusing in part on recent structural advances in nucleic acid and protein motors. The symposium will also feature sessions on complex multiprotein systems, including advances in structure determination, proteomics, and systems biology.
GE Healthcare will exhibit in booths # 400 and 402 with (2) lunchtime workshops. The first is entitled "Overcoming Challenges in the Purification of Tagged Proteins". The second entitiled "Binding Kinetics: Understanding the Real-Time World of Biological Mechanisms".
