BioProcess LPLC columns
BioProcess LPLC columns comprise a family of customized stainless steel, low pressure process scale columns for full scale production of small molecules, peptides and proteins.
The BioProcess LPLC columns:
- 10 cm to 1.2 meters in diameter.
- Operating pressures up 10 bar g.
- All stainless steel design.
- Operating temperatures up to 50°C.
- Automated Packing provided as an integral part of the custom chromatography system.
BioProcess LPLC columns simplify chromatographic procedures and offer:
- Dynamic axial compression ideal for SOURCE media, eliminating the formation of voids or channels in packed beds.
- A specially designed flow distribution system ensuring uniform distribution in the mobile phase.
