Automated column packing

An automated column packing solution is available for LPLC & MPLC columns. Together with a chromatography system automated by UNICORN, the column packing and unpacking can be fully automated. This minimizes process costs and increases production efficiency for chromatographic operations.

Once the column is packed it can be qualified and the chromatography application executed as a unit operation.

A complete batch record of the run, including the column packing recipe and qualification results, can be provided using the LPLC & MPLC column, together with the UNICORN-controlled chromatography system.
