Lucidea SlidePro allows environmentally controlled hybridization and washing of up to 30 slides at a time. Hybridizations are performed in independently temperature-controlled chambers, allowing customized process parameters to be used for each slide. The instrument includes software that automates chemical and biochemical techniques used with standard microscope slides. For microarray applications, the instrument provides automated pretreatment, non-static hybridization, and stringency washing of slides. Lucidea SlidePro is compatible with arrays generated on standard (25 x 75 mm) microscope slides from any system.
